OUR SPECIAL PIZZA DOUGH RECIPE:
This recipe makes 5 portions of dough (340g each).
1) Dissolve 1 Tsp. of Salt, 2 Tbsp. of Sugar in ½ liter of Luke warm water, then add 1.5 Tsp. of Yeast.
2) Let it sit for 10 minutes and then add 7 Tbsp. of Vegetable oil.
3) Add 1 kg of Pizza Flour.
4) Mix for 8 to 10 minutes or until mixture is smooth.
5) Cut & ball the dough in 5 equal portions & let it rest for at least 4 hours in fridge, before use.
MEXICAN PIZZA
Mix Pizza Sauce with 1 Tbsp. of Mild Salsa, Grated Mozzarella, Grated Cheddar, Jalapeños, Sliced Green and Red Peppers, Sliced Hot Banana- Peppers, Chunks of Cooked Chicken Breast.
Recommended stuffing: Sliced Jalapeño and Cheddar.
SWEET CHILI CHICKEN
Pizza Sauce, 1 Tbsp. of Sweet Chili Sauce, Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded Cheddar, Green Pepper, Tomatoes, Chunks of Cooked Chicken Breast.
Recommended stuffing: Marble Cheese
N.Y. STYLE BBQ PIZZA
Pizza Sauce, Sliced Fresh Mushrooms, Grated Mozzarella, Sliced Red Onions, Sliced Green Peppers, Chunks of Cooked Chicken breast, Drizzle of BBQ Sauce on top.
Recommended stuffing: Mozzarella Cheese.
CHOCOBA (Dessert Pizza)
Sliced Bananas, Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Grated Chocolate.
Recommended stuffing: Grated Chocolate and Mozzarella Cheese.
SUNSET IN TUSCANY
Pizza Sauce, Smoked Ham, Fresh Mushrooms, Cherry Tomatoes, Sliced Yellow Bell Peppers, Sprinkle Fresh Basil after it’s cooked.
Recommended stuffing: Cheddar Cheese.
