This recipe makes 5 portions of dough (340g each).
1) Dissolve 1 Tsp. of Salt, 2 Tbsp. of Sugar in ½ liter of Luke warm water, then add 1.5 Tsp. of Yeast.
2) Let it sit for 10 minutes and then add 7 Tbsp. of Vegetable oil.
3) Add 1 kg of Pizza Flour.
4) Mix for 8 to 10 minutes or until mixture is smooth.
5) Cut & ball the dough in 5 equal portions & let it rest for at least 4 hours in fridge, before use.
